Now held biennially, our much-loved fete continues to bring the community together for a vibrant day of fun, connection and celebration.

Do I need to purchase tickets before the fete?


No — entry to the fete is completely free! 🎪

Pre-sales are available online for selected items such as ride passes, game tickets, Cent Auction tickets, showbags and novelty items; however, many stalls and activities can also be purchased on fete day.


Some pre-sale items also include special discounts and bundle savings when purchased online before the event.

Are rides included with entry?


No — entry to the fete is completely free; however, rides, games and some attractions require either tickets or an All-Day Ride Pass.

🎡 All-Day Ride Passes include 5 hours of unlimited rides plus entry to the Guinea Pigs on the Go attraction.

🎟️ Single Ride Tickets and Game Tickets will also be available for purchase.

Pre-sale discounts are available online prior to the fete.

What payment methods are accepted?


Most stalls and attractions will accept both card and cash payments, with card payment preferred where possible.

ATMs will also be available on site during the fete for your convenience.

🚗 Car

Driving is an easy option for those travelling from outside the local area.

🚌 Bus
Bracken Ridge is within the TransLink network, with a bus stop conveniently located outside the Phillips Street entrance to the school (Stop ID: 003172).
You can catch the 330 bus from the Westfield Chermside Interchange.We recommend using Translink Journey Planner to plan your trip.

🚶 Walk
If you live nearby, consider walking to the fete and enjoying the local community atmosphere along the way.

Where can I park?


Parking will be available in the school car park via Eldorado Street for a gold coin donation.

Please note there will be no general parking access via the Phillips Street entrance; however, disabled parking will be available via this entry point.

Additional parking is available on surrounding streets. As shown on the map above, the school is bordered by several nearby streets with suitable parking options.

Please park considerately and ensure driveways, garages and road access are kept clear at all times.

Disability parking will be available in the school car park via the Phillips Street entrance.
